Non-Alcoholic Blueberry Tea Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients (For 1 drink)

  • 150ml brewed & chilled black or green tea  
  • 50ml blueberry syrup (simmer 100g blueberries with 50ml water & 1 tbsp sugar, then strain)  
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice  
  • 50ml sparkling water  
  • Ice cubes  
  • Garnish: Fresh blueberries, lemon slice, mint sprig  

Instructions

  • Brew the tea: Steep your chosen tea, then chill.  
  • Sweeten: Stir blueberry syrup into the tea.  
  • Add fizz: Pour over ice, then top with sparkling water.  
  • Brighten: Drizzle in lemon juice and stir gently.  
  • Garnish & serve: Add blueberries and mint for a fresh finish.

Variations 

  • Herbal Twist: Use a herbal tea of your choice, such as hibiscus tea for tartness.  
  • Creamy Version: Add a splash of coconut milk for a smooth texture.

    My mouth is watering. Sounds so good. Out of curiosity did you play around with different green/black teas and which ones did you find worked the best? I could see how a dragonwell could possibly play nicely in this as long as it has those nice melon notes or maybe a kabusecha? So many possibilities!
